Nada Tamraz, 39, was granted her angel wings on Nov. 3, 2009. Her final days were spent surrounded by family and friends that Nada had touched in some small way throughout her memorable life. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 7 at the Assyrian Evangelical Church with burial to follow at Turlock Memorial Park.
Nada was born in Urmia, Iran and lived in Tabriz until she married Odisho “Eddie” Vardeh on March 19, 1994. They settled in Modesto in 2001. She was active in the Catholic Church in Iran and taught Bible studies for children. Her family was very important to her.
Nada is survived by her husband, Eddie Vardeh; son, Sharil; father, Shlimoun Tamraz; sister, Natasha Letonja; and brothers, Oliver Tamraz and Vladimer Tamraz.
