Marian “Inez” Jackson, 89, of Turlock, passed away at Elness Convalescent Hospital on Nov. 7.
Inez was born in Alabama, where she attended school and met her husband Elbert. They married in 1940, and owned several businesses through the years. She was involved in the grocery industry for about 40 years.
Inez is survived by her sister, Shirley Snelling of Denair; and by Bradley (Christine) Reinhart who became like a son to her through the years.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Elbert; and by a daughter  who passed away as an infant.
Burial will be private.
