Sonia Albores, 27, of Livingston, passed away on Tuesday in Modesto from an automobile accident. A rosary will be said at 7 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 15 at Allen Mortuary. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 16 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, burial will follow at Turlock Memorial Park.
Sonia was born in Merced to Jacinto and Adelina Pulido in 1982. She was raised in Delhi and graduated from Livingston High School in 2000. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She worked at Streaks Beauty Salon and Inspiration Salon. Her children were her life.
Sonia leaves behind her husband, Dexter Albores; children, Damien A. Albores and Aliyah J. Albores; mother, Adelina Pulido; and siblings, Jacinto Pulido, Jose Pulido, Ramiro Pulido, Maria Fonseca and Senaida Alverez.
She was preceded in death by her father, Jacinto Pulido.
A trust fund has been opened at Valley First Credit Union on Geer Road in Turlock under “Dexter Albores Trust Fund.” There is also a donation box at Inspiration Salon at 693 E. Olive Ave., Turlock.
