Boyfriend charged with domestic violence

A dazed woman was found wandering a Turlock street Friday morning, saying she had been assaulted by her boyfriend.
The woman was found shortly after midnight in the area of Park Street. According to the police report, she stated she had been punched by her boyfriend earlier in the day and was afraid to go home.
A witness to the altercation was located and confirmed the woman’s account. The boyfriend, Daniel Russell, 42, was arrested for domestic violence.
