Services are pending at the Merced District Cemetery for Mark Shelby Tolbert, 45. He passed away at Mercy Medical Center in Merced.
He was born and raised in Dos Palos, Calif., and lived most of his life in the Merced area. He worked in the trucking industry for five years and he enjoyed country western music.
He is survived by his partner, Shirley Nocks; and siblings, Barbara Stoner, John Flanagan, Dave Tolbert and Cynthia Sequeira.
