Francisca Sousa Luis, 76, of Turlock, died April 20 in Turlock. Services were held April 30. Burial will be private.
He was born in 1933 in Ribeira Seca, Sao Jorge, Azores. He was a milker for 26 years and a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Turlock and he attended Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church of Turlock. He was also a member of P.F.S.A. Council 36 of Stevinson.
He is survived by sons, Frank Luis of Hilmar and Orlando Luis of Hilmar; brothers, John Luis of the East Coast, Jose Luis of Sao Jorge, Azores, Manual Luis of Sao Jorge, Azores, Antonio Luis of Sao Jorge, Azores and Raul Luis of Sao Jorge, Azores; and granddaughter, Michelle.
Services are under the direction of Whitehurst, Norton & Dias.
