John Grant, 47, entered pleas of no contest on Friday to two cases of felony driving under the influence, according to the District Attorney’s Office.
Grant was pulled over by a California Highway Patrol officer in January after he was seen weaving on Highway 99. He was found to have a blood alcohol level of .24, more than three times the legal limit, according to the prosecution.
In June he was stopped by a Turlock Police officer for weaving on Golden State Boulevard. He had a blood alcohol level of .32 on that occasion.
During his plea entrance Grant also admitted special allegations for having high blood alcohol levels and that he had four prior convictions for DUI within the last 10 years.
