Graveside services for Dolores Gier, 74, of Modesto, will be held at 11 a.m. July 22 at Westwood Hills Memorial Park in Placerville, Calif. Dolores was born in Standardville, Utah to Lee and Irene Sea.
Dolores lived in Placerville for 63 years before coming to Modesto to be close to her brother and sister-in-law, Jerry and Patricia Sea of Oakdale. Dolores was a homemaker. Dolores and her late husband started the Placerville Golf and Country Club. She loved to golf and travel.
She is survived by many nieces and nephews.
