The Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Department is seeking the public’s help in finding an elderly man with Alzheimer’s who wondered away from his Modesto home.

Family members stated Acevedo believes he is in Mexico and he only speaks Spanish.  He had also walked away the day prior and was located near Modesto High School by local law enforcement.

Acevedo is a Hispanic male adult, 5 feet, 8 inches tall and about 150 pounds with brown hair, brown eyes, and a brown and gray moustache.  He was last seen wearing a green shirt, green pants and black shoes.
