The Division I South Wrestling Championships belonged to Turlock High this year. The Bulldogs pulled out one of their best divisional performances in school history with their first place finish of 225 team points, more than a hundred points ahead of second place McNair High.

The lady Eagles of Turlock Christian High earned their third consecutive Southern Conference title with Thursday's 76-31 victory over Waterford High. TC once again hit the court without Halie Bergman but the trio of Rebekah Muller (22 points), Natalie Snyder (22 points), and Marly Burton (15 points) stepped up to help the Eagles close out conference play decidedly. Muller and Burton also controlled the boards on defense, recording fifteen and fourteen rebounds respectively.
