Hailey Yang-Gutierrez was granted her angel wings on Saturday. Her final days were spent surrounded by family and friends who Hailey had touched in some small way throughout her short, yet very memorable life.
Leatrice Kinnu, 84, was a lifelong Turlock resident. She was born in Turlock, went to Turlock schools, graduated as valedictorian of the Turlock High School Class of 1944, and passed away in Emanuel Hospital in Turlock on Friday after an extended illness.

Frank Hardester, 84, of Turlock, passed away at home on May 21. He was born in Stockton to William and Clara Hardester in 1925. Frank served in the Army during WWII. At the age of 26, Frank accepted Jesus Christ into his life and from that point on, he lived for Him. With Delpha, his loving wife of 62 years by his side, Frank served the Lord faithfully. Born in Tyrone, NM to John and Charlotte Miller, Clyde was a truck driver for 30 years. He was a member of Alder Avenue Baptist Church and was deacon for 15 years. He helped his wife run a childcare center out of their home for 20 years. He was "pa-pa" to hundreds of children.
Larry is survived by his father, Gilbert (Debbie) Gutierrez of Delhi, and his mother Judy Brown and family from San Jose. He leaves behind his daughter, Brittany Gutierrez; and his son, Brandon Gutierrez of Delhi; sister, Ann Gutierrez; uncle, Charles (Lydia) Gutierrez and family of San Jose; and his uncle, Joseph Gutierrez and family of Delhi.
Donald Erwin, 66, of Selma, went to eternity at his forever resting place on May 21 after a brave battle with cancer. Don was born on Nov. 15, 1943 to Ray and Neva in Oklahoma City. They moved to Ventura in 1945, where he attended Will Rogers Elementary, Anacapa and De Anza Junior High and graduated from Ventura High School Class of 1961. He then graduated from Ventura College with an AA degree in Journalism, while there he was a photographer for the college newspaper.
