Dolores Lundy, 79, of Turlock, passed away Nov. 28 at her home after a long illness. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 3 at Turlock Memorial Park & Funeral Home, 425 North Soderquist Rd.
Jovina Bettencourt, 84, of Hilmar, died Nov. 28 at Emanuel Medical Center. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Dec. 3 at Whitehurst, Norton & Dias Funeral Chapel. A rosary will be held at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 3 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 20263 American Ave. in Hilmar. A mass is scheduled for 10 a.m. on Dec. 4 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Burial will be at Hills Ferry Cemetery District.
Paul Koelzer, 86, of Hughson, went to be with his Lord on Nov. 25. A memorial service to celebrate Paul's life will be held 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 2 at Turlock Funeral Home Chapel, 425 North Soderquist Rd. Interment will follow at Turlock Memorial Park.
Melvin Douglas Walker, 63, of Tehachapi, died Nov. 21 at San Joaquin Community Hospital in Bakersfield. Visitation will be held from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Dec. 2 at Whitehurst, Norton & Dias. Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 3 at Lakewood Memorial Park, 900 Santa Fe Ave., Hughson. Burial will be at Lakewood Memorial Park.

Main St. in Turlock. A Rosary will be held at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 2 at Whitehurst, Norton & Dias Funeral Service. A mass is scheduled for 11 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 2 at Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church, 2602 S. Walnut Ave., in Turlock.
Richard Vikjord, 66, of Modesto, passed away at Doctors Medical Center on Nov. 26. He was born in Tulsa, Okla. and moved to California when he was only three years old. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps in Vietnam. He married Lorna LeMonds in September 1968 in Bakersfield, Calif.
Felix Renteria, 78, passed away of natural causes on Nov. 26 at Memorial Hospital. Felix was born in June 1931 in Merced, Calif. to Joe and Ariana Renteria. After school he enlisted in the Special Services for the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. He settled back to Turlock where he milked cows, then later owned a few trucks, driving for E&J Gallo Winery. Felix belonged to the Turlock V.F.W. and Teamsters Local 386. He really enjoyed fishing.
Parmodh was born in Wailasi, Naitasiri, Fiji to his parents Shiu Ram and Sumintara Devi. He later moved to the United States. He was a priest "pundit" and member of the Northern Sikh Temple and the Ram Nam Mandir Temple. He was a very religious person and he loved music. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He also loved making memories with his loving grandchildren.
Linda Chandler, 59, passed away Nov. 23 at Alexander Cohen Hospice House in Hughson after a brief battle with cancer. Her husband, Bob; daughter, Janielle; mother, Marie; brother, Richard; and sister, Judy of Kansas City, Mo. were at her bedside.
