Ron "Ronnie" Enos passed away peacefully on April 4, 2014 in his sleep at home after a short battle with cancer surrounded by those he loved. Ron and his wife Pam resided at "Enos Ranch" here in Mariposa for the past 12 years after moving from Oakdale where he lived for 26 years. He retired from Lawrence Livermore National Lab in 2001, as a Lab Assistant. Ron also operated Big Oak Stables for 17 years in Cull Canyon.

Rose was born to Charles and Margaret Koelzer in 1918 and passed away in Turlock at the age of 96. She was a caring person who was both a big sister and mother to her five siblings when her parents passed away. As an adult, she enjoyed playing cards and dice and was very involved in the club Nifty Fifty. Rose also enjoyed having family gatherings and spending time with loved ones.
Nova was born in Turlock to Robert and Donna Wattles and passed away at the age of 60. She graduated from Turlock High School in 1972 and married Dennis Davis. She owned and operated Nova's Daycare for 10 years in the 1980's and was a member of Connecting Point Church of the Nazarene. Nova enjoyed birds, gardening, drawing and reading her bible every day.
Sandra was born and raised in Modesto and passed away at the age of 66 in Riverbank, California. She graduated from Turlock High School in 1965 and married Harold "Bill" Harless in 1968 and together they settled in Riverbank in 1970. Sandy enjoyed reading, and doing ceramic and jewelry crafting. She owned and operated Hobby Horse in Riverbank during the 1990's.
Hildur was born on January 6, 1916 in Hilmar, CA to Axel and Matilda Carlson. Her parents were farmers. She had three sisters and two brothers. She graduated from Hilmar High School in 1934. She moved to San Francisco where she worked as a dental hygienist and met her future husband at 1st Covenant Church.

Ann Marie Beasley passed away on April 2, 2014 at the age of 91. Ann was born in Emporia, Kansas on May 16, 1922 to Charles and Sylvia Eggens. Ann was born a twin, with brother Charles Eggens. Ann worked many jobs during her life time, but will be remembered most for working alongside her husband in the lawn care business in Turlock, Ceres and Modesto for 40 years. Gary Rosebrough, beloved husband and father passed away at his home in Ceres Friday morning March 28th. He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Teri and his children Allison, Randy and Kristina and his multiple grandchildren. As a mentor to his students and a dear friend he will be greatly missed.

She was born March 14, 1921 in Crows Landing, CA to Antonio and Louise Borba. She lived in Delhi as a young child and attended Livingston High School. She married Anthony Brown in 1938 and they settled in Turlock. She was a member and past President of Native Daughters, Eagles, S.P.R.S.I., and Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, knitting, gardening, and collecting giraffe memorabilia.
Judd Humphrey, 63 of Turlock passed away at his home March 25th 2014. Judd was born in Turlock to Shirley Humphrey –Brock. He was one of seven children. Judd was a plumber by trade. He worked for Thorsen's Plumbing from 1971 to 1984. At which time he started Humphrey Plumbing. Judd loved to travel with his wife to warm destinations. Their favorite place was Mexico. He loved to build things. He always had a project in the works.
Louie Cabral, 82, of Turlock passed away on April 17, 2014. He was born May of 1931 on the family ranch to Antonio and Agusta Cabral. He enlisted in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. He owned and operated Cabral's Backhoe Service for 35 years. He was a lifetime member of Turlock V.F.W. and he volunteered for the area Festas.
