Jacquelyn Winans, 67, of Ceres, passed away on Monday, June 14 with her family at her side. She was born in Modesto to Robert and Clara White in 1942. She lived in Crows Landing and Stanislaus County her entire life. Jackie worked as a bus driver for the Ceres Unified School District for 33 years before retiring. Walter Gene Turnbow
Walter was born in Korea to Eugene and Mary Turnbow in 1961. He was raised in Oakdale and graduated from Oakdale High School in 1979. After graduating high school, he worked as a mechanic and later as an electrician for Blake Electric in Modesto. Walter enjoyed motorcycles and dirt bikes. Bella Massari, 55, of Turlock, passed away June 16 at the Alexander Cohen Hospice House in Hughson. Bella was born July 1954 in Oakland to John and Frances Massari.
Florencio “Frank” Mora Jr.
Frank, son of Florencio and Juanita Mora, was born in New Mexico in 1938. He later settled in Stanislaus County. He worked in construction for over 30 years doing concrete work. He attended Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
Yeichi Sakaguchi
Yeichi Sakaguchi, 90, of Turlock, died Thursday after a brief illness. Private graveside services will be held at Turlock Memorial Park. Arrangements for a memorial service will be announced at a later time. Friends may share their condolences to the family at www.turlockmemorialpark.com.
Faye Fikse
Faye went to be with our Lord and Savior on June 15. She was born in Holland to Julia and Willem TenHove. She and her husband, Alfred, along with their son emigrated from Holland in 1948. Through the years they were in the dairy business and owned a grocery store. Faye was a homemaker and worked alongside her husband in the family businesses. She enjoyed fishing and spending time with her family. She also loved the fellowship of their church and friends.

Paula Lindo, 62, of Turlock, passed away at home with her family at her side. Paula was born in Oahu, Hawaii to John and Pauline Lindo in 1948. When she was a teenager, Paula moved to Monterey and lived in the Central Valley for 30 years. Paula attended Calvary Temple Worship Center of Merced. Marvin Dale Johnsen
Services for Marvin Dale Johnsen, 76, of Turlock, are scheduled for 12:30 p.m., Saturday, June 19, at Turlock Funeral Home, with interment following at Turlock Memorial Park. Visitation will take place from noon to 5 p.m. on Friday. He died suddenly at his residence on Thursday.

Mary Caperton, 73, passed away June 27, 2011, at her residence in Keyes. She was born August 1937, in Oklahoma and came to Bakersfield at the age of 4. She lived in the Tulare and Visalia areas before settling in Keyes 45 years ago. She worked for Del Monte Foods and then Tri-Valley Growers. She enjoyed ringing the bell for the Salvation Army, attending the churches in Keyes, and working with elderly people at the convalescent hospitals.

Wanda Maxine Wente passed away at the age of 77 in Turlock. She was born in Fletcher, Okla. and later settled in California where she graduated from Ceres High School and later settled in Turlock.

Effa May Corker, 76, of Turlock, died June 2 in Turlock. She was born September 1934 in Colorado. She was a secretary for Sharp Army Depot for 14 years and a member of Pentecostal Church of Keyes.

Ida Lois Haney, 87, passed away June 16 at Memorial Hospital in Modesto. She was born November 1923, in Tennessee to the late John and Ollie Pfluger. She settled in Turlock 51 years ago. She was a member of the Kingdom Hall-Jehovah's Witness in Turlock. She enjoyed gambling in Boomtown, sewing, cooking and gardening.
Corinne Elizabeth Almeida
Corinne Elizabeth Almeida was born June 1 and passed away peacefully on June 22. During her short life of 21 days, she touched many lives and was, and always will be, deeply loved by family and friends. She will be remembered for her strength and gorgeous ocean-blue eyes.

Robert "Bob" Stern
Robert "Bob" Stern was a third generation San Franciscan; his mother and grandmother were survivors of the 1906 earthquake. Robert received his education for electrical engineering during his time in the Army and also at UC Berkeley. He died peacefully at the age of 85 in his home in Oakdale. He was a member of AARP and American Legion.

Teresa Cunningham, 52, of Denair, passed away suddenly in the early morning on Thursday, June 16, 2011. Teri just celebrated her 34th wedding anniversary to husband Galon Cunningham on June 3. She was a loving daughter, mother and grandmother to 10 children and 10 grandchildren.
