A graveside service for Kathryn Ann Hicks, 66, of Hilmar, will be held at 11 a.m. July 16 at Turlock Memorial Park, with interment to follow. Kathryn passed away at Alexander Cohen Hospice House in Hughson.
Sargon Isaac
Visitation for Sargon Isaac, 55, of Turlock, is scheduled for 11 a.m. through 7 p.m. July 17 at Allen Mortuary, 247 North Broadway, Turlock. Services will be held at 11 a.m. July 18 at the St. Thomas Assyrian Chaldean Catholic Church, 2901 North Berkeley Ave., Turlock.
Roger J. Luzzi
Roger Luzzi died peacefully at his home in Turlock after a brief illness on July 7. Shirley Barton, Roger's long-time companion died on May 22, also in Turlock. Roger and Shirley's inurnment will be held at 10 a.m. July 18 in the Chapel of Flowers at Turlock Memorial Park, 575 N Soderquist Rd., Turlock.
Gwyneth Lee Ford
Services for Gwyneth Ford, 87, of Hilmar are scheduled for 10 a.m. July 14 at Whitehurst, Norton & Dias Funeral Service, 286 West Main St., Turlock. Burial will be at San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery.
Robert Crowell
Robert Crowell, 74, passed away on June 23 at his home in Marana, Ariz., with his wife, Pat, by his side.
Gwyneth Lee Ford
A chapel service for Gwyneth Lee Ford, 87, of Hilmar, is scheduled for 10 a.m. July 14 at Whitehurst, Norton & Dias Funeral Service of Turlock. Burial will be at the San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery.
David Alan Schnieder
Visitation for David Alan Schnieder, 51, of Turlock, will be held from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. July 14 at Whitehurst, Norton & Dias Funeral Chapel in Turlock. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. July 15, also at Whitehurst, Norton & Dias. Burial will be at Turlock Memorial Park. He passed away peacefully at home in Turlock with his sister, Carolyn, at his side.

A private burial will be held for Eva Lynn Bible, 57, at the San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery. Surrounded by her loving family, Eva Lynn Bible passed away at the Alexander Cohen Hospice House in Hughson.

A private burial for Ella Bockrath was held at the Santa Rosa Memorial Park, where she was laid to rest next to her late husband. Ella Bockrath passed away at the Bel Air Lodge in Turlock on June 13.
Gerald Benton Bishop
Private services were held for Gerald Bishop, 85, of Grass Valley, Calif. Inurnment will be at San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery in Gustine. He passed away on Tuesday at Memorial Medical Center.
Velma Gertrude Schachterle
Graveside services for Velma Schachterle, 91, will be held at 11 a.m. July 14 at Resthaven Cemetery, 8426 South Hwy. 287, Fort Collins, Colo., where she will be laid to rest next to her late husband.

Effa May Corker, 76, of Turlock, died June 2 in Turlock. She was born September 1934 in Colorado. She was a secretary for Sharp Army Depot for 14 years and a member of Pentecostal Church of Keyes.

Pritam Kaur, 70, passed away at Emanuel Medical Center. She is survived by her husband, Swaran Singh of Turlock and her two children.
Catherine Julien
Catherine Jean Julien, 61, passed away at Emanuel Medical Center, Turlock, on May 27. The oldest of five children of Dr. Robert and Mrs. Jean Julien, she was born May 19, 1950 at Stanford Medical Hospital. Catherine Julien was a working archaeologist and ethnohistorian.

Tina Marie Adams, 45, of Turlock, died May 30. She was born in July 1965 in Jamestown, N.Y. Tina graduated in 1983 from Monroe High School and was high school valedictorian. She attended Agnes College and graduated from DeKalb College, DeKalb, Ga. in 1985. She was a computer engineer for Pyramid Technology for six years. She moved to California in 1986, and settled in San Francisco for a short time. ...
Michael Joseph Lapineg
Michael Joseph Lapineg, 62, of Turlock, went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, whom he loved and served. He was a cement mason for the Local Union #300 for 38 years and a member of Enclave Christian Church.
Maria Bitbadal
Maria Bitbadal, 91, died May 27 at the Regional Medical Center of San Jose. She was born 1920, in Russia to the late Atanos and Ashley Bitbadal. As a young person she moved to Iran. In 1940, Maria came to America and married her husband, David Mooshabad. They settled in San Francisco 30 years ago and belonged to the Assyrian Church of the East in SF. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, cooking and traveling.
Robert D. Forrest
Robert Forrest, 68, of Turlock passed away May 26 at Emanuel Medical Center in Turlock. He was born January 1942 in Barnsdall, Okla. to R.D. and Georgia Forrest. After he graduated high school he enlisted in United States Army in 1962 from Fresno and served a four-year term. He worked in agriculture and settled in Turlock 30 years ago.

Gloria Hill-Ward, 41, died May 22, with her family by her side in San Francisco.
Doris "Murine" Havens
Doris Murine Fillman Havens was born in St. Petersburg, Penn. on June 14, 1922. She was named Doris Murine but very few people used her given first name, even her parents. She attended the local schools, and after graduating from high school, she enrolled in nurses training at West Penn Hospital in Pittsburg, Penn.
Gurbax Kaur
Gurbax Kaur, 75, of Turlock, passed away May 30 at her residence. She was born May 1936 in India. She settled in Turlock in 1993.
S. Mehanga Singh Sohal
Mehanga Singh Sohal passed away surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Athoula Jalandhar Punjab, India where he served proudly in his country's Army until he immigrated to the United States in 1989.
Joel W. Williamson
Joel W. Williamson, 81, passed away May 26 at Elness Convalescent Hospital in Turlock. He was born March 1930, to Winthrop and Lydia Williamson in Merced, Calif. He was raised on the family farm in Merced and enlisted in the United States Navy in 1952. After his 20-year career in the Navy he came back to the family farm and graduated from Merced Jr. College. He retired from the family farm in 1988, and settled in Hilmar.
Robin Ann Boyd
Robin Ann Boyd, 39, of Turlock passed away tragically last week. Robin was born in Turlock to Jim and Claudia Ross.
