Felipe Maldonado, 44, of Turlock passed away at home on Sunday, Feb. 26. He was born in Redwood City to Clementa and Nora Maldonado in 1966. In 1978, his family moved to Turlock, and he graduated from Turlock High School in 1985. He worked for Tri-Valley Growers. He enjoyed woodworking, building things and gardening.
Felipe is survived by siblings, Randy Beers of Woodland, Richard Beers of Turlock, Robert Beers of New Jersey and Jackie Durant of San Jose. He was preceded in death by both of his parents.
Visitation for Jay R. Ramer, Jr. will be held from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday, March 18 at Allen Mortuary, 247 N. Broadway in Turlock. A Celebration of Life will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 19, also at Allen Mortuary. Burial will follow at North Hilmar Cemetery.

Bill Butterworth, of Turlock, was born in San Rafael to Mary and William Butterworth, Sr. on Jan. 27, 1933. He died at age 78 on March 4 at Emanuel Medical Center.

Johnny Seratte, 82, of Delhi, passed away on Tuesday at Emanuel Medical Center. Johnny was born in Prairie Grove, AR to John and Bertha Seratte in 1928. In 1948, he joined the Navy and had served until 1950. Johnny lived most of his adult life in the Bay Area. In 1998, he and his wife settled in Delhi. Rose Hipolito, 75, of Stockton, passed away peacefully March 2. She was born in Maui, Hawaii and moved to Delhi at the age of 19. She retired after 35 plus years from the San Joaquin County Social Services. She was an avid church volunteer and was always willing to help a person in need.
