Jackline was born in Citrus Heights and raised in Hilmar, California. She later settled in the Ceres/Modesto area where she graduated from Ceres High School in 1974. Jackline worked for Stanislaus County for 26 years. She enjoyed dancing, gambling, traveling and spending time at the beach.

Hilda Ventura, age 79, passed away peacefully at Alexander Cohen Hospice House with her family by her side. She was born in Modesto to Frank and Rose Oliveira and lived most of her life in Turlock.
