Jeannette Haran Barbot was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina to Pierre Haran and Marie Biscaichipy, French Basque immigrants. She passed away peacefully in her sleep on January 29, 2012. She lived 92 years as a kind, compassionate, loving woman, dedicated to God, family and friends.
Lincoln Esau, 92, of Denair, passed away at Alexander Cohen Hospice House. Lincoln was born in Aberdeen, Idaho to Henry and Mary (Unruh) Esau. The family moved to Kerman, California when Lincoln was 6 months old where he completed his high school education. He has worked in and around agriculture all throughout his life. Lincoln completed an Associate Degree in Agriculture at Pierce Agricultural College. He joined the Air Force in 1943 and served four years on active duty before continuing in the Air Force Reserves until 1971 when he retired from the military as a Major.

Ruth Boyer, 82, of La Mirada, CA passed away on Thursday, January 19 at Memorial Medical Center in Modesto, CA. She was born in Turlock to Joseph and Mary Morris. She was raised in the Turlock/Hilmar area and graduated from Hilmar High School in 1948. She was married to James Boyer in 1949, and they lived in Southern California most of their lives. She was a member of the Catholic Church and attended church every where she lived. She enjoyed watching sports especially L.A. Lakers and S.F. 49ers.
Laura passed away in Hilmar at the age of 94. Laura was born in Arnesen, Rocky Point, Minnesota to Bernard and Agnes Arnesen. She graduated from business college in Duluth, Minnesota and moved to San Francisco. Laura worked as a personal secretary to the President of Garnett Young & Co. After marrying her Navy husband Arthur, they lived in Oakland for 12 years, then moved to Livermore where Arthur worked.

Born July 19, 1930 in Oakland, Bob served 4 years in the US Naval Reserve from 1948 – 1952, during the Korean War. After an honorable discharge, he attended business colleges, Foothill and San Jose State Colleges. He joined the Internal Revenue Service as an agent in 1960 where he worked for 36 years until retiring. Born in Oronogo, Missouri August 27, 1934 to Carroll and Maude Weathers, she spent much of her childhood in Bisbee Arizona before her family moved to Los Angeles following the death of her father. There, She graduated from Manual Arts High School, and attended college at Bob Jones University in South Carolina, where she began dating Donald Shaw. They married in 1955, and settled in Turlock in 1962 after Donald had completed his Masters at UCLA .
Lucille Joyce Wells died December 7, 2014, at Brandel Manor in Turlock. Joyce, as she was known to her family and friends, was born February 4, 1933, to Henry and Marie Schoonhoven (nee Hoogeveen) in Steen, MN. At the age of 9, she moved with her family to Ripon, CA, graduating from Ripon High School, to begin work as a secretary and later an office manager for various locally owned companies.
