Stanley Ray Jantz was born on December 2, 1947 to Walter and Marie Jantz. He was known by his family and friends as Stan. Stan passed away in the early morning of November 22, 2014 in Twin Falls, Idaho with his loving wife at his side. He is survived by his wife Lori Jantz, his son, David Jantz, his grandson, Cameron Jantz, his two brothers Harvey and Richard, and his three sisters Joyce, Phyllis and Susan.
Long-time Turlock resident Samuel Tate Maddox died peacefully at the Covenant Village Care Center, Friday evening, November 21. He was 98. He was born in Atlanta, GA, January 24, 1916 to Charles and Maude Sibyl Maddox and was one of seven children. He married his high school sweetheart, Carlotta Iva Althizer, in 1936. They had 3 sons. She pre-deceased him in 1970. He was a World War II Army veteran. Worked many years for Quaker Oats Co. later moving to Turlock
Helen Fullmer, 83, of Turlock, passed away at home after a short illness. Helen was born in Modesto CA and graduated from Modesto High School in 1950. She married Lloyd Fullmer in the spring of 1951. She received an LVN degree and worked as a nurse for 25 years. Helen was a very artistic person. She enjoyed quilting, doll making, pottery, and after retirement, began painting. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed.
Josie Mae Friesen, 92, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 22, 2014. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 57 years, Dave Friesen.
Wray Nathan Haydock, III, 79, son of Wray Nathan Jr. and Elma Ruth Haydock, died November 24, 2014, at home surrounded by his loving family following a two-year battle with cancer.
Virginia Fay Black Domecq was born in 1917 in Goltry, Oklahoma. At the age of 9 months she moved with her family to Fairmont, Missouri, where the family resided until March of 1929.

Jeffrey Lee Brown, 35, of Irvine, CA died November 17 from the devastating disease of ALS. He was born on February 19, 1979 in Yuma, Arizona. He graduated from Liberty University Law School in May of 2013, passed the California state bar and started working as a lawyer in April of 2014.
Leona Dingler was born in Hilmar, CA to Marie and Gerald Wells on August 25, 1933. She was 81 years old.
Lillian Tamraz Babbitt Moore passed away on November 9th 2014, she was 86 years old.
Rodney Dean "Rod" Geving, 61, Dickinson, died Thursday, October 23, 2014 at St. Mary's Hospital, Rochester, Minn., after losing his battle with cancer. Services for Rodney will be at 10 a.m., Saturday, November 1, 2014 at Our Redeemer's Lutheran Church, New England, with Rev. Bruce Peterson officiating. Inurnment will follow at the Rainy Butte Cemetery, south of New England. Military honors will be provided by the New England American Legion Anton Ulijohn Post 66. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the church on Saturday.
Jared Collins, 15, of Turlock, CA passed away Saturday, Nov. 8, 2014, from injuries he sustained from a dirt bike collision.
David N. Sondeno, 89, of Turlock passed away peacefully on Sat. Nov. 8th surrounded by family. David was born in Norway to John and Esther Sondeno, and as a young boy the family immigrated to the U.S. and settled in Stanislaus Co.

Gerald Leland Giesbrecht, (known to many as Jerry), died at Doctors Medical Center in Modesto, CA on November 11, 2014 of Congestive Heart Failure. He was 72.

Lois is survived by her daughter Cindy Lou Brownlow; 3 grandchildren Kevin Shute, Becky Mcevoy and Nellie Shute; 8 great-grandchildren and 17 great great-grandchildren. Lois is preceded in death by her parents Riley and Marvel Burrows; husband Jerry Brownlow; daughter Penny Irene Shute and granddaughter Lisa Sears.
She continues on in each of us: her partner of 20 years, Gary Mohr of Turlock, daughter Martha (Marty) Cody, grandson Ryan Cody-Berry of Turlock, and daughter Denise Cody of Liverpool, NY.
She was a devoted mother, a doting grandmother to five grandchildren, and took the greatest joy in her eight great-grandchildren.
She is survived by her four sons and three daughters. She is preceded in death by her husband, Makhan Singh in 1994.
Jimmy Dale Francis III, 27, of Hilmar, passed away March 24, 2015 after fighting a lifetime chronic lung disease. David (Ted) Theodore Hoy passed away unexpectedly of natural causes at his home on January 29, 2015 at the age of 48. Ted was born on September 3 1966 in Santa Clara, CA to his parents, Hugh Thomas Hoy and Anna Marie Melvin (nee Farr). He graduated from Turlock High School in Turlock, CA, received his undergraduate from California State University, Stanislaus, and subsequently earned his MBA from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
Lifelong Turlock resident David "Dave" Cannon, 59, passed away on Friday March 20, 2015 at his home in Turlock, CA. He was born on January 1, 1956 to Paul and Victoria (Elia) Cannon.
Lucille was born in Turlock and passed away at the age of 87. She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Turlock and enjoyed gardening and taking care of her dogs.
