Mike Wagner (46), of Turlock, passed away on Monday May 9th, 2016. He was born in Modesto and raised In Yuba City where he graduated from Yuba City High School in 1988. After high school he came to Turlock to help his father at Olde Tyme Pastries. Mike was a very devoted father, son, friend, and partner, who was loved by everyone he met. He poured himself into his work at Olde Tyme Pastries, it was his passion. He will always be remembered by his outgoing, loving personality and ability to have a good time no matter what.
Doris Anderson - beloved sister, aunt, and great aunt – passed away Tuesday April 19, 2016 due to complications of a stroke suffered the week before. She was 93. A long-time resident of Turlock, Doris spent the last two decades loving life in Desert Hot Springs. Her nieces and nephews rejoice that her eyesight has been restored, she is suffering no more, and she now sits with Jesus, directing Heaven's choir, reunited with members of her family she so cherished and who have passed on before her – including Ruth Forstrom, brother Deloyd, sisters Darleene and Devahna, and nephew Barry.

After graduating High School in 1963, he attended Modesto Junior College. In 1965, he joined the U.S. Coast Guard and married Barbara Riker in 1966. James Alton Mikkelsen was born in Santa Rosa, CA. He moved to Turlock in 1951, and served for the National Guard for 6 years during the Vietnam era. In 1962 he met his loving wife Marlene and raised their only son Robert Mikkelsen. James worked for JS West Milling as chief engineer for 40 years. David Merwyn Ranes entered into rest on April 13, 2016. He was born in China Lake, CA on March 9, 1955 to parents Robert "Bob" Merwyn and Barbara Redford Ranes. David and his younger brother, Mark, were raised in different cities including Oakland, San Francisco, Fairfield and Turlock. David enjoyed fishing and riding his dirt bike as a child. When he wasn't spending time outdoors, he would play in the school orchestra. His favorite hobby in high school and college was photography in which he received many awards.

Petty Officer Joshua Noz- Born January 19, 1988 in Modesto, CA and passed away while stationed in Honolulu, Hawaii. Joshua grew up in Denair, CA, where he attended and graduated from Denair Unified School District and went on to study at Modesto Junior College. He enlisted in the U.S. Coast Guard in 2011 and quickly excelled as a Machinery Technician. Joshua loved being outdoors, shooting, scuba diving, spending time with family and friends and playing the occasional practical joke on his family and fellow ship mates.
