Mark Richesin, 50, of Lake Don Pedro, passed away at Mercy Hospital in Merced.
Richard Lear was born to Duke and Delphine Lear in Pascagoula, Miss. The 11th of 12 children, Richard learned early about the value of hard work and the meaning of family which served him well through his life. Richard loved and served his country faithfully in the U.S. Army. After returning to Mississippi at the end of his service, Richard took a job as a carpenter and remained in that trade for 20 years.
Roy Perry Bethel, beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend of many, passed away on Dec. 29, 2010 at the age of 84 from leukemia. Roy Bethel was a Turlock resident and community supporter for many years.

Wilfred "Fritz" Marson, 94, of Turlock passed away on Sunday, Jan. 2 at home with his family at his side. He was born in Shickley, Neb. to John and Mary Marson in 1916. In the late 40s, Wilfred moved to Turlock and lived here since then. He met Caroline Brown in the Sacred Heart choir, and they married in 1959. Christopher Bell, 80, of Turlock passed away at Emanuel Medical Center on Saturday, Jan. 1. He was born in Shanghai, China to Joseph and Nellie Bell in 1930. During WW II, Chris' family was captured in Shanghai and put in an internment camp. When Chris was 12, his family was brought to Detroit, Mich. through a POW exchange program. Shortly after coming to the United States, his family moved to San Jose, Calif. Chris worked for Lockheed Martin for 21 years before retiring in 1990. Don is survived by his wife of 68 years, Marjorie Ann Sorensen Green; two sons Roger (Nancy) Green of Modesto, and Douglas (Dee) Green of Vacaville, son-in-law Melvin (Barbara) Bradley of Oakdale, three grandchildren: Cheryle (Raquel) Fleming-Bradley of Clovis, Ryan Green and Jason Green of Modesto; a great-grandson Tanner Bradley, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held at Mar Addai Church of the East on Saturday, January 24, 2015 at 10 am with burial to follow at Turlock Memorial Park.
Baljit is survived by her husband Gurbachan Sandhu, and four children: Harjit Bhatti, Daljit Lehal, Parmjit Sanhu, and Gurdip Sandhu.
She is survived by her children: Calvin (Eileen) Olson in Modesto; Kathy (Michael) Rossmann in Grand Junction, CO; Joyce (Mark) Koontz in Richmond, VA; and Dean (Joyce) Olson in Santa Clara; sister Ruth Rupel in LaVerne; ten grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Dorothy L. Hammond, 91, passed away at Paramount Court in Turlock. She was the third of four children born in Archer County, TX, to Myla and John Mark Towles. Her siblings were older brother Raymond, who died while piloting a plane during WWII, older sister Rena, now deceased, and younger sister Marklene, who died as a child.
