Bees-iest time of the year

Relay for Life teams get a head start on fundraising

Fireworks stands open with a bang

Hilmar resident Sherri Flanery contemplated a "Moonstruck" package of fireworks at the Phantom Fireworks stand sponsored by the Turlock Freewill Baptist Church at the corner of Monte Vista and Geer on Tuesday. The church said last year they sold $22,000 worth of fireworks and raised $5,000 during the fundraiser, which helps send kids to summer church camp. New Dairy Princess crowned

Alyssa Melo of Dos Palos was selected as the 2011-2012 Dairy Princess for the California Milk Advisory Board's (CMAB) District 6/3.
