The R.A.M. Farms pumpkin patch and Fields of Ice skating rink will once again be open for business this fall and winter seasons, following a decision by the Turlock City Council on Tuesday to extend water service to the east Turlock farm that lies just outside of the city limits.
After weeks of planning and deliberation, the Turlock City Council unanimously voted Tuesday to adopt the Downtown Parking Management Plan, which contains a number of measures meant to ensure adequate parking in downtown Turlock.
Tom Hillsamer was honored for his service in the U.S. Navy during World War II with a pinning ceremony on Monday at Turlock Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. The Turlock resident was part of the gun crew of the Albert P. Ryder liberty ship that delivered cargo to troops in Europe and South America.
