One of the teenagers wanted for the killing of a Riverbank man has been apprehended, while the other two remain at large.Jah-Kari Phyall, 15, of Turlock was captured around 2 p.m. Thursday in Modesto by the Stanislaus County Sheriff's Department. A Modesto man will spend the rest of his life in prison for the murder and robbery of a Turlock man.Ramon Guardado, 26, was handed down a sentence of life without the possibility of parole, plus an additional year for the use of a knife.
