A man caught speeding and weaving down a busy Turlock street was arrested for child endangerment after officers found eight children in his truck.Just before midnight on Sunday Doroteo Gonzales, 40, was spotted by officers driving a Chevy pickup in the area of East Avenue and Center Street.
