Suspect caught for $10 robbery
A man pumping gas at a Delhi service station was robbed of $10 by an armed suspect. The Merced county Sheriff's Department arrested Steven Downing, 30, of Delhi. A Denair man was given a two year prison sentence for his theft of a generator. Roberto Torres, 27, was found guilty of grand theft on Wednesday, according to the Stanislaus County District Attorney's Office.
