CSU Stanislaus president highlights increased enrollment in state of university address

California State University, Stanislaus President Hamid Shirvani delivered his 2011 State of the University address Friday, highlighting rising student enrollment despite the challenge of declining state funding for the university. Cunningham Elementary turnaround bearing fruit

Autism program helps students develop skills for traditional classroom learning

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, nine out of 1,000 children in the United States are diagnosed with autism. Autism Speaks, a non-profit autism advocacy and awareness campaign says one in every 110 children, and 1 in 70 boys, are affected by autism.
