It's a daily occurrence to have Chris Callahan, a Turlock High senior water polo player, pull himself out of the pool with his teammates and opponents to only find himself out of place. His muscular physique is not very common for a high school student and his towering height is a neck-bender.

Pitman using bye week to correct mistakes

After two momentum-building road wins, the Pitman High football team will have to resist the temptation of tackling someone since the Pride are off this week. Their next game won't be until Sept. 24, when they host Franklin High of Stockton at Joe Debely Stadium.
