Angel Velasquez repeats as 4th in State

High-class wrestlers are often separated by the slimmest of margins - a point, a move, a mistake. This is especially true at the CIF State Wrestling Championships where the best wrestlers California has to offer come together to decide who's number one.

One-day stint for three Pride wrestlers

Wrestling season is over for all but one of Pitman High's four State representatives after day one of the CIF State Championships. Pride field 4 State qualifiers

Pitman High entered the Sac-Joaquin Section Masters Championships in Stockton on Friday with the aim to match or best its performance from a season ago in which four of its wrestlers qualified for the State Championships. The Pride also put in its best team performance to date with an 8th place finish.
