After a tough Sac-Joaquin Section Divisional Tournament that included highs and lows, a total of 23 will advance to the Master's Meet this upcoming weekend with representatives from Turlock, Pitman and Hilmar high schools.

It was one and done for No. 7 Pitman varsity boys soccer team after they hosted No. 10 Tracy at home in the opening round of the Sac-Joaquin Section Division-II playoffs and lost 1-0 in double overtime after a tightly contested game that ended in a scoreless stalemate after regulation.

The Pitman Pride varsity boys soccer team cemented their case as a CCC front runner in their final season after crushing El Capitan at home on Friday afternoon in their penultimate game, 8-1, and forcing a winner-take-all scenario on Wednesday against their rivals, Turlock High.
