Pride, Bulldog girls soccer ready for winter season

The addition of soccer in the winter season meant some schools needed to adjust and certain student-athletes perhaps choose one sport over the other. Turlock and Pitman High varsity girls soccer adjusted a little better than the smaller schools as they head into the 2016-17 season anxious for the new year.

Delhi football falls to No. 2 Bradshaw Christian in opening round of D6 playoffs

Delhi High football, ranked No.7 in the Division VI Sac-Joaquin Section playoff bracket, was chasing history and a possible upset but they were unable to muster a good enough game plan against a near flawless Bradshaw Christian squad (last year's Div. VI champions) which rushed for 295 yards on Thursday and continued their win streak with a 35-3 beating over the Hawks of Delhi.

Pride football snap three-year playoff losing streak

No. 7 Pitman football snapped their three-year losing streak in the postseason by topping No. 10 Monterey Trail in the opening round of the Division-I Sac-Joaquin Section playoffs on Friday in a 35-21 win.
