Preikschas added to all-academic list

Wheeland wraps up freshman season at Oklahoma State

Turlock High graduate Vince Wheeland had a learning experience as a freshman pitcher on the Oklahoma State baseball team. Since he was a newcomer, he didn't get much action, but he was part of a team that went to the NCAA Division I Nashville Regional, where the Cowboys lost 9-2 to Troy and 3-2 to Belmont to end the season on Saturday.
