Youth team to play in prestigious tourney game
The Turlock Fire Elite U-17 boys soccer team will play in Sunday's Nor Cal State Cup quarterfinals at Turlock Sports Complex, with the game kicking off at 11:30 a.m. The team, which is ranked second in Northern California and 15th in the nation, completed its round of 16 games last weekend, defeating Juventus SC Black 93 of Redwood City in 3-1 fashion.
