Hilmar pushes past Turlock in straight sets

Hilmar High rolled through its second Central California Conference team in a week Thursday night when the 'Jackets (14-4 overall) defeated Turlock High two days after doing the same to Atwater High. Hilmar beat the Bulldogs (8-4 overall) in straight sets (27-25, 25-11, and 25-18) as team defense and a powerful offensive attack from Emily Baptista paved the way.

Late goal ties it for Bulldogs

The Turlock Tee Birds have been playing golf at the Turlock Golf & Country Club for more than 30 years, combining competition and fun with weekly runs of the course and friendly wagering. Currently comprised of women aged 49 to 80, the Tee Birds play golf year-round. For most, it's their time to have fun.
