Hilmar pushes past Turlock in straight sets

Hilmar High rolled through its second Central California Conference team in a week Thursday night when the 'Jackets (14-4 overall) defeated Turlock High two days after doing the same to Atwater High. Hilmar beat the Bulldogs (8-4 overall) in straight sets (27-25, 25-11, and 25-18) as team defense and a powerful offensive attack from Emily Baptista paved the way.

Late goal ties it for Bulldogs

Bulldogs eliminated

The boys' basketball season is officially over for Turlock High after Wednesday's 89-54 playoff loss to Sheldon High in the first round of the Sac-Joaquin Section Division I Boys Basketball Championships.
