Stockton 99 Speedway launches 68TH season of racing

Stockton 99 Speedway will host its 68th season of racing competition when the historic quarter-mile fires up the lights on Saturday night. The speedway will heavily emphasize a revived local program in 2016 with the Noceti Group presenting a full season of points racing. The N. Turlock Express to host Spanish club Sevilla FC in season opener
