Edith Olson, 104, longtime Patterson resident, passed away on Oct. 23 at Brandel Manor in Turlock following a long illness. A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 4 at the Patterson Covenant Church with an internment to follow at the Patterson Cemetery.
Edith was born October 1905, in Minnesota, to John and Christina (Engstrom) Olson. As a young child, the family settled in Patterson. Edith
graduated from Patterson schools and worked for Wells Fargo for over 30 years as a teller.
Edith was a longtime member of the Patterson Covenant Church. She was an avid crossword puzzle doer, and in her younger years she enjoyed traveling.
