Denise Cowan, 90, died Oct. 21 in White Plains, NY. Burial and services will be held at 2 p.m. on Nov. 6 at San Juaquin National Cemetery in Santa Nella.
Denise was born June 23, 1919, in Keyston, England. She married Roland M. Cowan, a former Turlock city manager on Nov. 29, 1946, in Memphis, Tenn.
She is survived by her daughters, Suzanne Leininger and Anita Warren; grandchildren, Jeff and Denise Leininger and Tanya Warren; and great-grandchildren, Denise Leininger, Cameron Leininger and Garrett Leininger.
