Over 1,000 Pitman High students and staff members donned pink to show their support for those affected by cancer on Oct. 29. The campus ‘Pink Out’ was organized by the Pitman FFA and ended a month-long cancer awareness campaign. Pitman FFA, along with the Pride volleyball team, Pitman Band and other individuals and school clubs, all raised money for cancer research and awareness throughout October. The final donation count came to $1,545.57.
