Carol Hawkins passed away peacefully at home, on April 21st, 2015 at the age of 98.  She was the youngest of four girls born to G.W. and Emily Scholl in Seattle, Washington, and grew up near Lake Washington.  She loved the clam-digging summers at her family’s summer home on Bainbridge Island.

Lilly Mae Cole

Lilly (Liz) Cole was born in Madera, CA on March 12, 1940. She passed away in Merced on Monday, April 20, 2015 at the age of 75. Lilly worked for over 30 years as a waitress. One of her favorite past times were her shopping trips to Wal*Mart. The most important thing in her life was her children and grandchildren. Lilly loved baking and decorating cakes. During the holidays her family members would all stop by to pick up their goodie plates of cookies and candies.

After nearly 77 years of marriage, George and Polly Morgan died peacefully within three weeks of each other; Polly, on March 19 at the age of 96, and George on April 13, at the age of 98.

Delphina was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Troy Page in 1998, and siblings Delores Melton and James Joseph Mendonca. She is survived by her children: Jeffrey Allen (Christine) Page of Alta Loma, CA, and Melissa (Shawn) Wedertz of Bear Valley Springs, CA; niece Melanie Belew of Hughson, 9 grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents and her husband William. She is survived by her children: Gizelle (Warren) Sperry of Turlock and William Edward (Diana) Craig of Yountville, CA, her only brother Clinton Allison (Emma) of Boise, ID, and 3 grandchildren Daniel, Steven, and Renee.  Visitation will be at Allen Mortuary on Friday, April 24th, from 4 to 6 pm.   A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, April 25th, 3 pm, at Connecting Point Church of the Nazarene, 3200 E. Monte Vista Ave, Denair, CA. Private interment will be at Turlock Memorial Park.

Richard is survived by his loving wife, Karen Orosco. Arthur Cloyd Hardin

Arthur Cloyd Hardin died peacefully April 18, 2015, age 76, after a long struggle with Alzheimer’s. Art was born August 17, 1938 in Newman, CA. He graduated from Turlock High School and San Jose State University with a degree in Industrial Engineering. Art was a Captain in the U.S. Army Reserve, a member of the Oddfellows and served as a volunteer firefighter. Bill Green

Bill Green passed away in Marysville, Washington after a long battle with Cancer. Completing his Vietnam tour with the United States Army in 1969, he began a 30 year career in the electronics distribution industry. His work took him to Michigan, Colorado, Utah, Nevada, Washington, Oregon and California. He spent 12 years in Turlock. While living there he held the position of Business Manager for The Turlock Salvation Army.
