Harley David Harris, Jr.

Dec. 21, 1968 — July 11, 2012

Harley David Harris, Jr.

POSTED July 17, 2012 10:17 p.m.

Harley was born and raised in Turlock, California. He enjoyed reading, and making people laugh.  He had a great sense of humor.  He also enjoyed music, his favorite was Stevie Nicks. Harley had a heart of gold, a smile that lit up the room and was like a father to his nieces and nephews.  In the end he gave the gift of life. He donated organs and saved 3 lives.

He is survived by his brothers, Monty Harris of Arizona, Eddie Delhart of Arizona; and sisters, Kimberly Hisey of Arizona, and Penny Sutton of Turlock.

Be Kinder than necessary....
For everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle.
Live simply,
Love generously,
Care deeply,
Speak Kindly.
Life isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass. It’s about learning to dance in the rain.

A memorial service is tentatively scheduled for 1 p.m. on Friday, July 20 at Allen Mortuary. Please share your memories at www.allenmortuary.com
