Jose Perez

November 1936 — July 2012

Jose was born in Valle de Guadalupe, Mexico to Pilar and Julia Perez in 1936.  He settled in Modesto in 1984, where he worked hard as a truck driver before becoming disabled.  Jose was a kind person who cared for others and will be remembered fondly by those who knew him.

Jose is survived by his wife, Cristina Perez; children, Ramiro Perez, Margarito Perez, Daniel Perez, Hermelinda Padilla, Esther Franco and Amparo Perez; siblings, Ramon, Rafael, Petra and Maria; and 12grandchildren. 

Mass of Christian Burial was held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church on Monday, July 16 at 12 noon, and he will be laid to rest at Turlock Memorial Park.
