Jewel Dot Womack was born in Eufaula, Okla. on Nov. 1, 1928, and went to be with the Lord on April 16. 

She is survived by her children, Karen Proffer of North Carolina, Johny Dennis of Missouri and Pamela Ballard of Turlock; nine grandchildren; and 27 great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 20 at Turlock Memorial Park.  Services were held at 2 p.m. the same day. Internment was at Turlock Memorial Park.
