Mr. Dalbir Singh Rana, 63, of Turlock, died May 12, 2011, at his Turlock home. Mr. Rana was born Aug. 2, 1947, in the village of Bharomazara, Punjab, India, to the late Jagtar and Ranjit Rana. He lived in England in 1969, Yuba City in 1976, Livingston in 1978, and settled in Turlock in 1980. This year he retired from Foster Farms after 34 years of service.
He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Surinder Rana of Turlock; children, Ramandeep Mander of Los Angeles, Manpreet Malhi of Chicago and Harpreet Rana of Chicago; six grandchildren; brother, Kulbir Rana; and sister, Harbinder Kalirai.

A Sikh funeral will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, May 19 at Allen Mortuary, with cremation to follow.
