Stanislaus County teams were recently honored for raising the most funds during the National Alliance on Mental Illness’ NAMIWalk Sacramento event.

The teams raised $10,873.47 for NAMI, a mental health advocacy organization with chapters nationwide. This year, thousands of concerned citizens in over 80 communities across the nation walked together to raise money and awareness about the country's need for a world-class treatment and recovery system for people with mental illness.
