It may be Halloween, but planning for the Christmas holiday is already in full swing.

Organizers for the Turlock Christmas parade are seeking entries for this year's event. The 34th Annual Turlock Downtown Christmas Parade, themed "California Christmas," will be held at 6:30 p.m. Dec. 7. Businesses, non-profit groups, churches and families are all encouraged to participate in this traditional community event.

Entry forms are available at the Recreation Division (144 S. Broadway) or online at ww.cityofturlock.org.   Entry forms must be filled out and turned in no later than Nov. 7.  There are a limited number of entries allowed.

The parade is sponsored by Turlock Firefighters Local 2434 and the Turlock Convention & Visitors Bureau. For more information call 668-5594.
