Today —  12/12/12 — will be the last date with all the same numbers for almost 1,000 years, which makes it special and exciting for Lilliana Lansely.

Lansely was born on Dec. 12, 2000 and today she will be turning 12 years old.  On top of her special birth date, Lansely can only think of only one birthday wish.

“I’ve got everything I would want but I wouldn’t mind a beach cruiser,” said Lansely as she looked at her mother.

For Lansely, turning 12 on 12-12-12 means a family gathering, although the details are being kept secret.

“She will be surrounded by all her loved ones,” said Lilliana’s mother Paula Lansely.  “She will have a special birthday worth remembering.”
