Even though Turlock Mayor John Lazar lost a bet with the mayor of Audubon, N.J., Baltimore Raven's QB Joe Flacco's hometown, and had to wear a Raven's jersey to Tuesday's City Council meeting, the rest of the council and city staff showed their support for Turlock's own Colin Kaepernick by sporting #7 and "Kaepernicking."

"Let the record show, I am a man of my word," Lazar said.
