Man stabbed by six suspects

The Turlock Police Department is investigating a stabbing that happened shortly before 9 p.m. Wednesday.

The male victim received multiple stab wounds during the assault. The injuries were considered serious, but not life-threatening, according to the police department.

The victim said he was walking in the area of Angelus Street and Orange Avenue when he was attacked by a group of six suspects.

The victim said he did not know his attackers, or why they targeted him.

Anyone with information about the attack should call the police department at 668-5580.
