Local golfers Kathleen Rojas and Ester Rojas will continue to compete in this weekend’s Nature Valley First Tee Open at Pebble Beach, an event that allows the two Turlock Christian High products an opportunity to play alongside professionals.

Kathleen, a recent Turlock Christian graduate who signed with San Jose State, will have Champions Tour professional Mark Weibe as her partner, while younger Esther, who is a soon-to-be junior at TC, will play with Champions Tour professional Wayne Levi.

The Rojas played in 2009 at The First Tee Open.

The Nature Valley First Tee Open is an official Champions Tour tournament that pairs 78 junior golfers with 78 professionals.  The tournament takes place on Pebble Beach Golf Links and Del Monte Golf Course and will be televised on the Golf Channel today and Sunday at 6 p.m.
